I painted the famous Bia de' Medici, by Agnolo Bronzino, in Analogous, colours using the technique of layering , blending & scumbling and the background using impasto.

MEANING OF WORDS

• analogous colours: colours that is next to each other on the colour wheel

• layering: applying paint in layers

• blending: combining colours to create a smooth look

• scumbling: a thin coat of paint to give a softer effect

• impasto: paint applied thickly
